We are busy all around the world discussing how much a gallon of water should cost, how we should deliver it, and who should get it.

Some feel that to treat water as any other commodity is a huge mistake. The man who discovered the astonishing properties of a single crystal of water, Masaru Emoto, who has now published several books on the topic, takes us much deeper than that.

What we see when we view the changing crystals of water as they are exposed to various influences, is that intention, attitudes, thoughts, points of view, and feelings all cause the water to change its shape and brilliance.

We are mostly made up of water. This is a huge clue into the mystery of how to manifest things and qualities in life.

There can be no doubt now that our feelings and thoughts create our reality. If we think, “You make me sick, I will kill you” then the water changes to a wretched, disgusting color and shape.

If, however, a young child views water, the crystals change to a beautiful, pure, perfect pale blue.

This is not just about taking a drink of water and blessing it with good, pure thoughts, thus increasing our own well being.

This is more about how we make the water what it is, by what we are thinking and feeling. So we make everything what it is by our thinking and feeling. The message from water is to set an example for us…this is how you make your reality. Watch water change its shape. So your life will change in response to how you think and feel.

If we go take a CPR course, we fill our bodies and the water therein with feelings of goodwill, helpfulness, the desire to save and promote life in general.

These are good reasons to get into the habit of saying “yes” to new experiences. They uplift and change the shape of the water crystals in our organs, for example, our brain!

Do you want a different kind of life? Do you want a car shaped more like a Jaguar or Lamborghini than the one you currently drive? Process your thoughts and feelings, which send out messages to the universe in general..not just the water around us. As the water crystals change in response to our dreams and wishes, to our thoughts and feelings, so the shape of our cars, our homes, our friendships, our health, and our sense of well-being changes too. Think about it.

Be good natured. When you feel like hollering at someone, remember the Message From Water. Your own water is crystallizing into new shapes when you feel like that. And as the water in your tissues changes, so the organs they are in must change also. For better or for worse.

I struggle with this concept myself. I have read three of Mr. Emoto’s books and still I struggle with it. Can my thoughts and feelings really change my life? Is water really the gentle tutor sent to show us exactly how that happens? We need to meditate on these things. If you go to YouTube and bring up The Message From Water, and then meditate on the beautiful crystals shown there, you will discover something odd happening in your spine, your back, your shoulders, your eyelids…you will find a quality of peace which seems to emanate from the images themselves.

The poor, tired brain craves peace, tranquillity, wholesomeness, good sense. Give your brain a break. Think about the water you drink, bathe in, gaze upon, and know for a hard scientific fact, that as you drink, bathe, gaze, the water itself is adjusting its shape to match your thoughts and feelings. And so is every other aspect of your life.

We cannot afford the luxury of a single negative thought. Gotta get to work on this. It’s important.

Have you worked on thinking habits to change your life? Send a comment on your process to the email address in my profile, I’d love to read about your experience.
