SOUL RETRIEVAL: MINER KILLED IN SLIDE

Entering this retrieval situation, I tried to get a fix on where and when it was occurring but only the word ‘mesa’ really gives an idea of location. American SW I imagine. A mine has collapsed with a slide and this miner (maybe alone, maybe with others, all I could see was the one man) has survived a broken leg but is about to die when I first see him.
